Tyler is a bright and happy little guy. He's enthusiastic about everything he does, even if he is a little shy at first. Tyler has a special kindness about him and enjoys making people smile. He is particularly fascinated by trains and the moon. While Tyler has had his share of hospital visits and doctor's appointments, it hasn't dampened his cheerful little soul in the slightest.
